I am researching hyperthermia treatments for metastatic liver cancer. Has anybody heard about research on success rates? Also, I have heard positive recommendations about the St. George's clinic in Germany - anybody with info on this?

hi albehar, Hyperthermia is a complementary treatment that has certain very positive effects but of course there are no guarantees.

On the one hand it weakens the cancer cells but on the other hand also strengthens the immune system to fight against the cancer.

Germany has a few popular clinics for inpatients that have good experiences.

If you want to get a good picture of what is possible and what treatment would be recommended, I would like to suggest the Hotline at the BioMed Hospital in Germany.

There you can send your medical reports and the doctors will have a look at it and get back to you with a treatment plan. That service is of course with no costs.

I can pm you the email adress if you like.
