Get a second opinion from a major cancer center. Some oncologists are more aggressive than others. Find a doc who will fight with you. I had stage III stomach ca - in remission now. Had surgery, then chemo, then chemo and radiation. Mine was operable - but don't limit your options too soon. check out the www.eccafe it is an esophageal ca site but lots there who were told to pack it in and are still kickin - many similarities to stomach ca.pattybertha said:THEY JUST TOLD ME ADVANCED, THEY NEVER MENTIONED STAGES. The same situation is
Hi,
The same situation is happened with my grandfather as he was suffered with throat cancer and he was feed by the tubes, but I will suggest you one thing that please dont go for any radiations as, rightnow your mom is fine and still somewhere little active and if once radiations will start, she will become more and more pale and she cannot tolerate sch radiations.
So, just pray to god for not to let her go with more pain and you and other relatives of yours just try to be happy and create a healthy and happy enviornment around her.
Thanks!!
