Questionable symptoms

The last week and a half, I have had a sore throat and am so tired I can barely move. I am constantly worried that my cancer is back. I had radical hyst with removal of over 20 nodes in December. All was clear. But I still worry. About recurrence...has anyone had clear nodes and still had it recur. I was stage 1B2. I had NEVER had an abnormal pap before. As my name suggests, I am a mother of 5 age 38.

Call your doctor. I had the same surgery the end of November and I was at the same stage as you. I am the mother of four but I am 10 years older than you. I never had an abnormal pap either but I still had cancer. Did you have any chemo or radiation? The chemo makes your joints hurt and I am sure you are still recouperating from your surgery. But call your doctor. He or she will let you know what you should do. My doctor told me to see an orthopedic doctor for my back and joint pain. She told me that if I hurt like that before the cancer I would see an orthopedic doc so I should see one now that I am having pain. My eye doctor told me my muscles on my eyes weakend from the chemo. Keeping a good line of communication between you and your doctor is really important to keep you from worrying too much. The more you know, the less you will worry, and the happier you will be for yourself and your kids. Also, you are still recouperating from your surgery which is going to take longer if your caring for 5 kiddies. I heard that it takes at least a year to not hurt, but call your doctor so you can relax.0
