NHL survivor question

Hi, can anyone answer these questions? I know that John Cullen (professional hockey player) and LaShawn Johnson (professional football player) both were diagnosed with NHL and went through treatments then returned to their sports career. Do you know the types of NHL that they had?
Also, Jimmy Carter's press secretary (Hamilton Jordan) had NHL and is now fine. What type did he have?
Finally, Dr David Jeremiah also suffered from this disease and is again now OK and continuing to write and preach. Do you know what type he had? This is helpful. I'm really into the survivor stories. Thank you in advance!
