Hi, My husband is currently being treated for Renal Cell Cancer with a combination of Gemzar and Xeloda. He was diagnosed almost a year ago and they tried two other treatments before this. The combo of the two drugs has shrank his tumors 75%. RCC is a form of Kidney cancer. I am also a survivor of ovarian cancer. I was treated with Carboplatin and Taxol. We are so thankful for the progress since starting the treatment with Gemzar and Xeloda. Good Luck and God bless you. Love and Prayers rosie

It's actually my Mom that's taking it. So far her CA125 is dropping. She goes once a week for three weeks and then she's off a week. However, her blood count has been low, so she's usually on two weeks off two weeks..She doesn't feel sick, just tired... Good luck with everything...ellen62 said:Hi! I just started treatment with Gemzar/cisplatin and wanted to know how you were doing.
