pain after eating

Had esophagus and part of stomach removed mid Feb,(Esophageal cancer) Doing fine except for severe cramping in abdomen after eating even small amount of food, anyone have or had the same problem

    i have the same problem.i'm still doing chemo (my tumor is 9 cm) i done a course of 3 months but dosnt work and now they start another course.i cahnge my pomp every week and every 3 weeks i'm going to the hospital to do another chemo.after this one i have big big pains in my stomach.i found uot is becose of constipation and is very difficult for one week at least (i have and a very bad smell for90% of the food) try juice of prunes
