positive result with Faslodex for second-line treatment

I would like to share my mother's very positive experience with Faslodex to treat metastasized breast cancer.

This cancer has spread to chest wall, bones and liver. She has been through every available oral medication and all have stopped working. She is 83, relatively frail and probably not a good chemotherapy candidate.

With 5 liver lesions, she started Faslodex. After only 2 treatments, 3 of the 5 liver lesions are completely gone. However, it is not yet working on the chest wall.

Still, this reduces some symptoms, and we were very excited.

I wanted to share this experience with anyone considering Faslodex for second-line treatment.
