Villous Adenoma

Hi...I've just been diagnosed with a villous adenoma in my colon. It's benign and that's good. I have an
appointment with a surgeon next week to see about the possibility of having a laporoscopic
prodedure to remove it. Has anyone had any similar surgery? I really don't know what to
expect and, quite frankly, am rather scared about all this.
Thanks in advance.
