to anyone about to start taxotere. I have to say it's not too bad. All I experience is back pain and I feel a little older. I also gained alot of weight with this. The AC treatment was 100% harder. I was very sick, and I could hardly get out of bed. So to anyone getting ready to start taxotere things do get better. Plus my hair started to grow back! I have peach fuzz. Keep your heads held high.

Hey newjersey, good to hear from you! Glad your finding the taxotere easier, as for AC I don't think I'll EVER drink red koolaid again. My hair also started growing back on the taxol. I'll never forget the day my then 9 yr old son walked in the bathroom and saw me shaping my eyebrows. He yelled "MOM, WHAT ARE YOU DOING, they just NOW started growing back!" That gave me a good laugh! I'm surprised he doesn't tell me now 'need to go pluck your brows mom' LOL.
    God bless you girl. hummb

Red koolaid? I can't even drink cranberry juice and that used to be one of my favorites. I think they need to hide the color of the drug so we don't associate it with other good stuff - LOL!!
And to newjersey - glad you're almost done and found it easier than AC! Peace - Diane
