new medical insurance

hi all
i was just told by my employer my current insurance expires at the end of the month.
that they are changing providers. has any one here had to change insurance?im am finished with chemo and rad ,but have a small tender lump on the other breast and it may just be hormonal im not sure but im having it checked out.
