How Do you obtain Help when you have no money

I have a brother Brudas Cooper who is an inpatient at Sentara Norfolk General who has Throat Cancer. He was diagnosed in May and went through Chemotherapy and Radiation Treatment. We were just told that there is nothing else they can do and they feel by December will have be in worse shape. Also he now has pneumonia. He is unable to go to a Nursing Facility, Assisted Living or Hospice since TODAY he has no medical benefits and can suction his feeding tube and Trach. He was denied for Medicaid and Disability and is now going through the Appeals Process. I would sincerely appreciate any help or referrals.
