DEAR SISTERS:
I HAVE TALKED IT OVER WITH MY HUSBAND AND LISTEN TO ALL OF YOUR ADVICE AND I HAVE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND HAVE THE SURGERY AND HAVE THE DOCTORS TAKE OUT MY OVARIES. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE CHILDREN AND I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL DIEASE TO WORRY ABOUT DIABETES. I FEEL IN THE LONG RUN IT WILL BEST FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND BOTH TO BE COMPLETELY SAFE. WISH ME LUCK AND PRAY FOR BOTH OF US.
LOVE YOU ALL

Hi Kelly, it must have been a tough decision to make, but things happen for a reason and in the long run it might be the best for you. I wish you the best of luck, I will keep you in my prayers and hope all goes well. Please let us know how you are doing. Lots of hugs and prayers coming your way. Take care...Love Emmi

Hi, Kelly, if it is any comfort, I wish mine were gone! Now, about kids, I just spent the weekend with my boss trying to talk her youngest daughter (tattoos, piercings, etc.) into leaving her 34 year old hep C positive boyfriend, they are living in his van, into coming home. I love my kids, we all do, but if you asked me now, I don't know if the car accidents, drug scene, divorces, grandchildren in day care, are worth it. Truly, there are many lives to live and the idea we must have children is silly. They are fun when they are little, provided they don't have MS, Down's Syndrome, are retarded, etc., but they definitely grow up and that is a **** nightmare. Trust me, you have not lost much. The sleepless nights, the pain they cause, this is real too. God bless you both and just forget it. There are many days I wish I could. Gentle hugs, Shirlann
