Pam as you can tell everyone cares very much about you. I'm sorry to hear your insusrance won't test for Her2/Nue and for the estrogen positive not usually her2/nue ... I am both ... strongly positive for both her2/neu and estrogen. I was 42 when diagnosed and the AC chemo put me into menopause. My tumor was 2 cm no nodes positive ... but because of that her2/nue my Doc gave me AC for three months Taxotere for 3 months and radiation and Tamoxifen. My understanding of Her2/Nue is that it makes the cancer more aggressive and maybe that's what is happening with you. I wish you all the best. Hugs

It is evident Jamie that this is a site where women care about women. Pam has been such an inspiration to so many, your determination Pam is amazing. We are all so considerate of our sisters never wanting to be the reason for any negative thoughts when posting our feelings. I just know after my 2 year involvent that I don't know where I would be without this instant support that I have found in you all. Sometimes chat has been there when I have needed to talk and only hope that others continue to come here to gain alittle hope and inspiration when fighting the battles of our lives. Thanks Pam for being there right from the beginning. I don't understand any of it and quite frankly aren't sure I ever want to. All we can do is fight the good fight and hang on to those we love, getting some support from those like ourselves helps us to have a quality to our lives, which is the most important of all.
Love to all
