Hi, My Dad has primary pancreatic mets to the liver and cancer in a few other places. Diagnosed 12-5-2002(lost 20+ pounds prior to diagnosis). Since then has had had Gemzar-per his Dr. to treat symptoms not the cancer. Dr. said cancer beyond clinical trial guidelines. Mom has given him Graviola, coral calcium, pancreatin last 2 months he has been doing great. I would really like to talk to others who have tried this troyandchristi@adelphia.net0

How has your husband been doing? Gemzar really seems to help my Dad (58) But for two days after it seems to take a toll on him. Is it the same for your husband? I honestly don't know if its the insulin or the alternative medication but he has gained considerable weight and his spirits are up and is not sleeping as much. We will get our 2nd cat scan in two weeks to see actual growth/shrinkage then. Take care0
