Back from the Hospital

Hi All,
Just to let you know that I returned home yesterday after my lymph node dissection surgery. I'm feeling more that a bit crappy (no surprise, I'm sure) but am in good spirits and anxiously awaiting my results. Sneak in a little prayer for that if you can. Hugs,

    Take it easy, relax, be good to yourself and be ready for good results Jennifer! *smiles*
    Be sure to start your stretching (gently!) soon as you can so that you don't stiffen up too much... but be cautious. You will be fine!!

    One of the lessons we all need to learn is to be kind to ourselves. Most of us have never had to be less than our energetic and independent selves before. My thoughts are with your as you await the results.
