Post-Hodgkin's Pulmonary Fibrosis and severe weight loss

Has anyone experienced irreversible lung damage (Pulmonary Fibrosis) from ABVD/MOPPs? Also, has anyone lost up to 1/3 of their body weight from treatment and not be able to gain it back even years after treatment? Doctors have been baffled for 12 years now...
