I'd just like to say thank you to all of you who responded to my question about depression. It helps just being able to voice that feeling without worrying that I'll upset the people that care about me. It especially helps knowing that I'm not alone.

I think that is what is so great about this site we can actually be honest about how we feel without fear of upsetting the people around us.
I have fought like hell to stay off anti depressants because more meds with side affects. I have my ups and downs but isn't that the way our lives are suppose to be. I think the POSITIVE generation is slowly calming. It is ok to be honest and have negative things around us. Truly living is when we can deal with the good and the bad in our lives. We need a whole trunk of tricks to get through this life of ours.
    Be good to yourself first,
    That helps as well,
