Lance Armstrong Book

Hi all,
I just finished reading the book, "It's Not About the Bike: My Journey Back to Life" by Lance Armstrong. For those who may not know, Lance Armstrong is a champion bicyclist and cancer survivor - testicular cancer with mets to the lungs (20 tumors) and brain. The book recounts the struggle we all know too well and how he survived the disease and went on to win the very grueling Tour de France bicyle race 3 years in a row. He's trying again this year. The race started today. Anyway, it's a very interesting account of someone who courageously fought and beat this disease. Very good read - very inspirational.

I am a SCLC survivor. I had a left upper lobectomy on 08/14/00 and finished chemo 03/01. I generally stay in a chat room you might be interested in. Go to MSN Chat. Go to health and medicine. Go to Real Cancer Support. There is someone there just about 24/7. All cancer patients, survivors, friends, family and caregivers.
