Kelli one of the things that can bring us back to ourselves and into ourselves is consentrating on our breathing and listening to it, feeling it and it can be so calming. You have to learn to relax and go with the flow for there is nothing you can really do about the situation. Your not crazy, our minds are so full that we have to learn to calm it so that we can see more clearly where we are going and what we must do. Life is or can be as simple as breathing and simplicity is where there is peace of mind and soul.

Hi Kelly,
Speaking from a nurse's point of view...mention this to your doctor because sometimes medication causes strange things. You're not loosing your mind, but the drugs we get are pretty powerful and have bizarre side effects. If you are hesitant to talk to your doctor, ask your pharmacist about the adverse effects. Make sure you tell him everything you are taking, because sometimes it is the combination of meds that causes side effects. Let us know how it goes.
