Oncologists in Philadelphia

My mom was just diagnosed and the md who performed the biopsy does not meet her needs for on-going treatment. She- we, are in search for a GOOD Oncologist to perform surgery and radiation, if anyone has used or is using a good oncologist in Philadelphia or the surrounding area, please let us know a name and number.     hello, I live in Philadelphia and I used the Abington Hospital Cancer Care Specialists for oncology. I would recommend Dr. Ho Pak for breast surgery, his phone number is 215-346-4283. My oncologist is Dr.Williard Andrews, his phone number is 215-481-2400. I also had radiation therapy at Abington but I was not thrilled with the doctor's there. I hope this helps.

    My Breast Disease Surgeon is on leave of absence. I can recommend Dr.Ronald Cantor at Thomas Jefferson U.Hosp. 215-955-6039 for Onc.For Radiation Onc. Dr. Lydia Komarnicky she is at Hahnemann 215-762-8409. She has also had cancer and is one wonderful Dr. and person.
