I am the exact same way! I used to take Centrum in the liquid formula (yes, adult vitamins come in a liquid). Now I take a multivitamin that is pretty small. It's the CVS generic brand. I am also not a veggie eater (is he my twin?). I used to take carnation shakes for vitamins and to gain weight. Good luck!

crabldy,
My son went thru a bone marrow transplant at age 8.Since has remained on many meds.We put his pills in stawberry jam, which he liked, and down it went. You might try peanutbutter or anything the child likes. Our son was also very thin and we used Ensure(chocolate) mixed with heavy cream for calories and fed him whatever we could get down him.The docs prescribed Periactin,an antihistimine, for headaches and it also stimulated his appetite. After the Periactin his appetite was fine.He is still a "picky eater",I don't have an ansewer to get a
child to eat their veggies. But he does eat large quantities of what he likes and has grown to normal weight and height at 14yrs. old.
