is there any here from louisiana here ,friend of mine went to baton rouge and washington and louisiana has license plates with breast cancere ribbons on it they trying to get them sld first 1,0000 sold that way if sold will keep them theres few other states has this to i 'm from texas but i dont know if its in texas yet but wanted to let any here from louisana get those bc plates
