First, thank you all of you who responded to my post. I am grateful to find women who continue to live despite their diagnosis. It is my intention to live and fight relentlessly. For my son, for my husband and for me.
I went back and re-read my post. There was a typo, so something was not clear regarding my node status (not that THAT matters anymore). But, depending upon the pathologist you ask, I had either 1 or 2 nodes positive (actually -- microdisease). (not 12 or 13 as could have been interpreted.) Which is part of what's making this new diagnosis harder for me to accept.
Nevertheless... I will check in on you all as I am able. I wish you love, blessings and health.
