Hello everyone,
There were some posts here recently about those of us with breast cancer not being able to donate blood. Does that also apply to the organ donor program? My family decided a number of years ago to have 'organ donor' placed on our PA. driver's licenses. Maybe I should try to have that removed?
Like some of you, I too have had some friends who haven't contacted me from the beginning. I think maybe they are frightened away by the cancer diagnosis. But I now do know who my best friends are and I'm greatful for that.
Take care everyone.
love to all, judy

Hi Judy,
I don't have any personal experience with organ donation, but I would be interested in what you find out. I believe in organ donation and would love to give someone whatever body parts are still good. Let me know the results.
Most people are frightened of the word cancer. They are watching to see how we handle it and respond. Stay positive. Even if they haven't contacted you I bet they see your resolve and it strenghtens them.
God Bless,
Kathy
