Hi Cindi,
Since I had one node positive, I would not have skipped my AC - 4 cycles- for anything but I did think about skipping the Taxol- 4 cycles also-
Then decided to take one treatment at a time and 1 led to 2 etc. July 13 is my last taxol and I am very glad I followed the oncologist's recommendation. At least if I have a recurrence, I won't have to think:
MAYBE IF I HAD DONE the TAXOL!!!!
Good Luck in your decision. If you've read the posts, you know that very few people ever refuse chemo - even from fear - remember others have gotten through it, why not you??? Good Luck!
