Hi Brenda. I had a Tram Flap in Sept. last year. On the whole, I'm very happy with the results. The breast feels soft. My new breast is a bit smaller than the other(which is already small) but that's because I was thin and they didn't have much to work with. I'm always aware of my abdomen, sometimes more than other times depending on what I'm doing.I do get minor spasm just feeling like I'm being pulled down, but they are totally tolerable. I play tennis at least 2 times per week walk on a treadmill 30 min. daily and do lifting at work(I'm a PT) so I haven't really let this discomfort slow me down. I don't have any pain!If I had to do it over again, I would do the Tram Flap again. Good luck! E-mail me if you have any questions. Cathy
