I too had breast calcifications, they tried a stereotaptic biopsy but couldn't get it because of it's location. Then they did a surgical biopsy and it turned out to be DCIS. Mine is high comedo, and multi-focal (in several areas) and so I am getting ready to undergo a mastectomy in the next month or two. Right now I'm trying to decide which type of reconstruction will be best for me. I understand what you are going through...but most calcifications aren't cancerous. Good luck.
