Mom far away

I live in Missouri and my mom lives in Illinois. She was just diagnosed with bone cancer that stemmed from a bout with kidney cancer about 1 year ago. I am so torn as to what to do. I have a husband and two children here. My only sibling lives near her and my dad is still there. My heart is telling me to uproot my family and go to be with her as her prognosis is 1 to 5 years. Am I crazy, over-reacting, or is this a normal mental anguish for us all? Any advice would be great. Thank you.
