    Hi Steve. I just posted a message on this site and read yours. Congratulations. Sounds like you are doing very well. My father has a colostomy resulting from colon cancer. How do you keep your energy up? He is having a very hard time - it almost appears that he is going backwards instead of forward due to this weakness
