My 84 year old father was just diagnosed with stomach cancer. He has decided not to have any treatment. Can anyone tell me what I should expect? I do not live near him. My mother is going to be primarily responsible for his home care and she will not ask questions. What should I ask her? What can I tell her? Thank you

hi, it is a shame that your father has not opted for treatment. i suppose he relises that he has had a good life and dosnt want to be in that situation. the best advise i can give you,is that if you dont live near him, just keep up good communication with them.talk to them frequently and just give the best support you can.
