    So sorry...
I'm so sorry to hear of you and your husbands fight. I know how scary this disease is, but please don't give up. Remember Lance Armstrong and how much spread he had...He survived, and your husband can do it too.

Please let us know how he does, and come here to 'vent' often.

    Many hugs,
    Krista

    It surely is tough
I am so sorry that you and your hubby are faced with this. Please don't let the dr. dictate how long he has to live. It could be six months or it could be longer. No one knows how long another will live...it is God's will.
I hope that he will be able to communicate soon with you. I understand his being angry, but that does not help. He will learn to accept this as another step and be able to deal with it better. Remember that it is his life and he must make his own decisions when he is able. If the chemo does not help, it a quality of life issue. I do hope that the chemo helps. I am glad that he is giving it a try.
Best of prayers for you and your family.

    Question
Has he had surgery to remove the original tumor? Are they trying to shrink it first? Do you guys live in a major metropolitan area near a cancer center?

    answer
in nov he had the tumor removed from the right side chemo stopped in may and a new tumor has grown in the left side now.so now the cancer is in the stomach liver and kidneys plus the tumor on the left side the doctor said he has an aggressive cancer so chemo has started again. we live in phoenix and he goes to the virginia g piper cancer center.
