I must remind you, I am not good at posting things such as my diet. I am also aware that there are losts of different diets on this board. I never had a book. My ONC surg. would add things as we progressed. I was on RAW Juice for three months, then I moved to the fruit. I made notes as I went along. Hope it helps.

Wow! Jean! Thank you sooooo much! Take out the onions and garlic, and the nuts (at least whole ones...sigh) and you have what I naturally moved toward after my battles with the beast!cheer3 said:Thanks to all who responded to my post. I appreciate all your kindness and well wishes.

Oops, new at posting here, so please bear with me. Congratulations Jean, I am so very happy for you. I too have colon cancer with mets to the liver and positive lymph nodes. I had surgery in October of 2003 and 10 months of chemo. I had been seeing the doc every 4 months, but in March he said I could go six. It has been a very long extra 2 months. I am feeling very good, but I can't keep my mind off it. I am hoping for 3 years in October. Thank you for being there and letting me see it is possible.
