MIL is suffering from renal cell carcinoma that has metastasis to the brain. This week she has developed sores on upper thighs. Hospice nurse said, with a great deal of certainty, that the sores are skin lesions. Has anyone else experienced these skin lesions. As one of her caregivers I would really appreciate any input.

    Hello,

You may want to consider posting your message on the Metastic Cancer discussion board to see if you receive more responses there.

You may also want to contact the National Cancer Information Center. Cancer Information Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and may be able to help you with the information you are seeking.

I hope this information has been helpful.

    All the best,
