Hello, I decided to finally reach out for some support from other survivors. It’s been hard to find other ALL survivors, but I hope to hear something. I got ALL in July 2012, age 57. Thought I had fibromyalgia, but not so. After a stem cell transplant from related donor in Jan.2013, the ALL returned in July 2017. So, after 2 rounds of Blincyto, in remission, scheduled for another transplant in December from unrelated donor. So, I’m trying to stay positive, w/lots of family & friends support, but I am scared. Anyone out there who has had a 2nd transplant? Is anything different, after a 2nd on? I m also now ALL Ph +, which I was negative in the first round. Looking forward to hearing from fellow survivor. Thank you,

My Husband is hoping to get where you are
My Husband is 40 and has ALL and just underwent a BMT and within 3 month already relapsed. They immediately started him on Blinatumanab in hopes to start him in the adult trials for the CART-T cell therapy and maybe another transplant. This disease is just so aggressive as he was MRD negative no cancer detected going into the transplant. I wish you the absolut best for your second transplant!

I thought that BMT is
I thought that BMT is permanent resolution. We recently got diagnosed with ALL PH Positive. Doctor is recommending to go for BMT in 1st remission as high probability of relapse exists. I didn't realise that it can come back even after BMT remission.
Looking for inputs to understand it better.
