    to hear that all was well ( enough) from your colonoscopy.   Damn scary stuff though 

    increasing your fluid intake might also help.  Maybe a couple of cold ones to cel your good news?!

    Scary stuff, I've had the bloody discharge a couple times and it messes with your head. I took calcium and dark greens to boost my clotting factor, stopped the baby aspirin for a bit, and it went away. Glad your clear and clued in on what might be causing it. Do any of us not stare into the bowl and ponder size, color, and density as clues or signs. I can't imagine trying to explain to my younger self that these are things we can wind up focussing on later in life. Does younger me even want to know? Maybe.............................................Dave

    That's great news (relatively). Good to know that it isn't cancer - but it sounds like  you have one or two things to fix.
