My surgery is done!

Just an FYI
I was told that it's important to take it at the same time everyday. Most people take it in the a.m. upon waking and it's advisable to wait at least a 1/2 hour before eating or drinking anything other than water. Although my doctor prefers the 1 hour wait time. And supposedly any other meds/vitamins should wait at least 4 hours. And just another note of confusion: my sister-in-law was told not to take it and lie down, whereas I wasn't told that and consequently would wake up, take it and lie back down for an hour before starting my day. HA! I'm off of it at this point and waiting to see an endocrinologist for the first time, but I must say it's kind of frustrating that people seem to get differing information on the proper way to take it as well as time of day, with or without other meds, etc.
