    Gardening- Since April 15th,
Gardening- Since April 15th, I have planted 80 plants. I have about 40 to go. I am planting beds full of japanese holly ferns. Nice rugged plant. This will be my last week since the temperatures are already in the 90's here. Pepe, sorry I forgot how to convert to degrees C.

Was supposed to walk in Relay for Life tomorrow but bad thunderstorms are coming our way and don't want to be out there if the weather gets bad. Our daughter, who works for Delta, is sponsoring one of the booths. That's such a bummer about these events, if the weather is bad, you don't get much participation.

    Have a great weekend. Kim

But Sunday kicking back. Do some shopping, need some new tools.

    Kenny , seems not fishing isn't ?
One day I will ask you a question about fishing , just a place I want to know where it is since I was a kid , it's a lake that I have seen in a very old movie and always comes to my mind when I talk about fishing maybe you will investigate it for me? .
    Hugs my friend!

    Hi, We're going to celebrate

Hi, We're going to celebrate Rick's daughter's 9th birthday tomorrow with his family. They'll be about 15 people (which includes 5 kids under 11), so it should be a fun day. (Of course, I'm looking forward to the chocolate cake!...) ;-)

    I survived
But only just the seas were very rough and all of my bits that don't work so good any more made me realise that I am wise not to go to sea on my own anymore. We caught a beautiful haul of prime reef fish. One of our younger members of the party was seasick the whole day and the rest of us got shaken and stirred beating the 25 miles home into the teeth of a 20 knot souwester. We got in safely thru the bar and even the sick guy agreed it was a top day. Ron.

    weekend
I wont be doing much this weekend, but taking my oldest daugther to get her nails done and her feet. I will drop her off and watch my grandsons, 2 yrs and 6 months. Then hopefully come home and rest with my 9 yr old son. Will go to church on Sunday and relax at home. Lately I feel so tired that when we go to Walmart etc I have to get one of those motorized carts. That sometimes I wonder how much longer I can keep walking and driving with some assistance. So many times it takes alot in order for me to get up and walk etc.

    No not good
Particulrly as I had an mri in december that showed a poorly healed stress fracture of the lower spine . More than likely caused by one of my erlier sea trips in not so good conditions. I am not moving too well tonight ,early to bed I think. Ron.

Haha,it happens to me veer often !
I have a semirigid 8.5 meters boat with a Suzuki. 225 hp, so every summer Sunday we use to go to some nice beaches 10/20 miles north to my summer house where beaches are not so beauty, the problem is that here ,every afternoon in Summer, the wind starts to blow from south , between 10 to 20 knots, so every sunday I suffer the same as you had today, haha, we always regret but next Sunday we do it again!.
Rest a bit ,hope tomorrow you awake painless!.
    Hugs dear shipmate!
