Hi there  I was just wondering if anyone else has had lymphedema about 10 years out from having my breast and and lymph nodes removed.  I had it come on all of a sudden and was wondering if anyone else has pain(to the touch of the skin) when it happens to them or if you have ever felt having a cold had brought it on?

I'm sorry you're having to deal with the swelling and discomfort of lymphedema.  I went to PT  for it and I'm so glad I did.  If there's any way you could even go to just a few PT sessions I would encourage you to.  The therapist will teach you how to massage yourself and move the fluid out of your breasts. They can also make some recommendations about compression bras or a spanx bra which will also help. My stimulus check was marked for a spanx bra before it arrived in December! I still need to do daily massages for my breast , but once you learn how, it becomes easier and a part of self care.  I had to rearrange my sessions due to financial constraints-- hope you can find a way.
