treatments for advanced prostate cancer-spread to lymph nodes

I would be grateful for members willing to share their experiences of effectiveness/safety of treatments for Stage 4 PC, especially with Lutetium-177 therapy treatments......

Lutetium-177 therapy
There was a survivor in this board who was starting the L-177 PSMA treatment with who I exchanged opinions. Unfortunately our posts were lost during the revamping of CSN server in Oct 2018.
Probably you may be interested in reading this article published by my good friend and PCa survivor Allen Edel , in below link; He summarizes some of the trials and their results.
