Thanks for posting the link. I've found that there can be subtle changes in treatment protocols and recommendations from year to year, especially for the "high risk" uterine cancers. So it's always good to review the patient guideline periodically.

You need to register in order the download this document, but registration is free. I just checked and the current version is from September 2019.
