It's a good start...
Now its all about the pathology of the tumor itself and the lymph nodes they take during the neck dissection. If the tumor doesn't have any high risk features and they don't identify anything in your nodes then I think you have a good possibility of a "watch and wait" approach. Good luck on your surgery!
