I'm here

thanks all. It is too hard to believe how sick and weak I am. Just consider me quiet for awhile as I continue to work on my rehab. I will never be the same but as long as I am safe, I am happy.
Believe in yourself and work hard. New treatments are effective and tolerable. This allows concentration on training recoverable body parts like balance, co-ord, transfers and amb.
I'll keep pushing myself and reaching for the stars with the karma we share. I'm down, not out.
FLY,
Fox.

Stars and karma
Fox, thanks for checking in. I'm really touched by your phrase, "I'll keep pushing myself and reaching for the stars with the karma we share. I'm down, not out."
We're not alone in this and get to share karma, we're pushing ourselves rather than fighting some "other," and being down isn't a done deal.
Words I appreciate hearing today. FLY -- and we love you, too.

Thank you
for checking in although I don’t expect it was easy; you are one awesome and unselfish man! Glad to read that you are doing rehab...
you must know how much you mean to all of us who’ve known you for years and inspire those who are knew but see you as a legend.
our karma cannot be anywhere close to the karma you’ve earned.
love you, Fox!!!

Thank Heaven for your HELLO
Dearest Foxhd-It is so wonderful to get your note and see you here again. Despite all you are going through you still take the time and effort to write. I hope all the wonderful Karma you have always put out comes to you now to ease your plight.
Big hugs-Marilyn

You made me happy
today. Thanks for the check in. I came out of my fog this week, and here you are!
I got blindsided with my CT scan showing a pulmonary embolism in both the right and left lungs. That scares me. Like I am dying NOW !
Since I have not, and the oncologist just ordered the blood thinner shots for at least 30 days, I guess I am good to keep on keeping on, what a relief.
Be good my friend...
