Hipec Surgery

Just a quick note that I will be having hipec and liver surgery at UPMC tomorrow.
I had 10 inches of my colon removed in March, did six rounds of folfox.
My one liver lesion remains unchanged and now hoping the liver lesion is not cancer.
The hipec could be curative or NED!
Thanks to all of you who spend time answering our questions, comforting us on our bad days, and offering hope when we felt desperate!

I am so happy for you!
I had the debunk surgery and Hipec 2/22/18 at City of Hope after I developed an ovarian tumor during my colon cancer chemo treatment. Now I have completed 8 of 12 chemos, Irinotecan and 5-FU, hiking and working out everyday. Recovery was tough but worth it. Glad to hear you are doing well

And I’m glad you’re doing well. I’m walking every day and eating without restrictions. I’m feeling better each day as I hope you are too!
