Metastatic Bone Marrow Cancer from SCLC

Hello-

 

Has anyone experienced SCLC metasticisizing to the bone marrow?  My dad is 79 and recenctly diagnosed with SCLC metatatisized to the liver, bones and bone marrow.  I am looking for a realistic prognosis.  Can anyone share information or their stories?  Thank you!
