Has anyone ever heard of recurrences in clear cell tumors under 2cm?  I have been told highly unlikely.

    It is highly unlikely but not impossible. I have done a lot of research on this as I had the EXACT same as you.  1.2 cm RCC grade 2.  There are minimal cases of recurrence with this size tumor.  My prayer for you is that this us the end,
