ABC Vs GCB

So I keep reading about how ABC (activated b cell) has a worse prognosis than GCB (Germinal center b cell). Can anyone elaborate?

    Forget "prognosis" and "statistics." Neither apply to you. Statistics are an artificual mathematicl contruct for data gathering purposes and prognosis is a guess based on those figures. You are neither. Find the best, most DLBCL experienced hematologist, undergo the latest treatment with plans B, C and D waiting "just in case" and we'll support you through this.
