If you notice changes on your skin that aren't your norm. Make an appointment with your derm.

Most people develop new moles up until their 30s or 40s. Whenever there is concern, it never hurts just to ask your doctor what they think. However most dangerous cancers usually show signs when a mole has changed in color, size, shape, border Etc or if it has multiple colors within the same old. My best advice for anybody concerned about new moles it's just to ask the doctor for if no other reason than peace of mind. I myself have got a mole that has been changing and has doubled in size over the past year or two and it fits all of the characteristics of what to look for for melanoma but I can't get a biopsy until December 7th so I have to wait 6 weeks since the time I last saw my doctor to the biopsy. Of course it's nerve-wracking but sometimes we're at the mercy of the medical system even if the medical system fails us. What I see on you looks common to just normal moles but I don't know your age or if you have other symptoms to say for sure you should be concerned. I think sometimes the worst thing we can do is look around online because then we start creating symptoms in our head. So like I said, when concerned just ask a doctor. In the meantime just keep an eye on them and see if they change.
