Who do I see?

I have a somewhat complicated situation and I'm not the best at communicating my issues but, I'll try my best. A little over two years ago I was undergoing a series of test, after going to my doctor for lumps (which turned out to be lymphnodes), night sweats, severe fatigue, constant fevers and trouble focusing. I had these symptoms for around a year already when I first went to see him. I know stupid but, I'm very stubborn. The tests ruled out HIV and infection, among numerous other things. The last thing he wanted me to do was get a biopsy of a lymphnode. Based on what he found with the tests that were done and my attempted suicide by washing pills down with a half gallon of roundup after being medically discharged from the Army years earlier, he was fairly certain I had a form of Lymphoma. This is where the complication lies. Before I could get the biopsy I was laid off and lost my insurance. I was/am unable to qualify for medicaid and I can't afford insurance out of pocket or the procedure for that matter. I kind of gave up on finding out, partially because I couldn't afford it and partially because I convinced myself that wasn't the problem and I would get better. Fast forward two years later to now and nothing has gotten better. No matter my stubborn attempts to overcome this I am a lot worse. I struggle to get out of bed in the morning not to mention work. I have more lumps in more places and, despite excersising 5 days a week, I have grown a lot weeker instead of stronger.  I have little doubt that it is serious and I can't put off doing something about it any longer. Which brings me to my problem and my question. I still have no insurance and still don't qualify for Medicaid. Is there somewhere I can go to get the biopsy I was suppose to get in the first place that will accept someone without insurance? At the very least, does anyone know a place I can reach out to?

first, after 2 years of symptoms I find it unlikely you have lymphoma. Still you need to find out for sure. Please accept this as as a sincere wish for your good health and not as a criticism. Seek psychiatric help. You seem confused and scared, thus making it difficult to make a rational decision. I wish you well and would love to help you but I am not sure how to do that. I wish you only the best.

I am greatful for a response but, I am not looking for a diagnosis on here. Just some advice on what to do. I don't know your qualifications but I doubt that, even if you are qualified, you would be able to make one based off of a thread. Nonetheless, I'll keep that in mind. I wish you well.

My suggestion, is to find a hospital near you that will work with you. The hospital I go to grants people with "medical exemption" for patients with cancer. This is to make it to where they can still have their appointments, surgeries, procedures and treatments. They do that for patients that have no insurance and do not qualify for assistance. Call around to your local hospitals that specializes in cancer treatments and ask them if they have any programs or in hospital assistance for someone in your situation.....they are out there, you just have to find them. Blessings to you and best of luck finding the help you need.
