life insurance

My husband change positons and has open season on life insurance. I am not sure what we had before, but do I still qualify for life insurance.   With the mass on my kidney possibly rcc. I havent had my surgery yet to determine my diagnosis.  Thanks for any info.

    You will never be able to qualify again at a decent rate for  LI. So get what you can.

    Take the opportunity to add life insurance while you can honestly say you don't have a cancer diagnosis.

    Yes, investigate the possibility of getting life insurance through your husband's employer.  Being an employer-sponsored fringe benefit program, you may be surprised to find that restrictions (such as cancer) are pretty loose.  Then again, maybe not.  It bears checking out, that's for sure.
