Is genetic testing ready for prime time?

I would be interested in opinions on whether genetic testing is ready for prime time and useful for selecting a treatment plan/AS. It certainly is getting marketing effort and promotion the real quesation is should the results steer our choices. The answer to this question will probably be different depending on where you are in the process. It might be different for a person considering AS vs say myself who failed to acheive an undetectable PSA after surgery, is currently undergoing salvage radiation with neo adjuvant ADT and will face a PSA check after my final attempt at cure in a few months.
